Hi, I'm Nicky!

I've been cooking for many years from my little cabin in Saddleworth, creating fresh, homemade food with quality ingredients. Now you'll find me in two places — the cabin on Pennine Way where it all began, and my new kitchen at The Wharf Tavern in Stalybridge. The promise is the same at both: great food, friendly service and a warm welcome every time.
